Camping at Dalkeith Country Park

Our seasonal dog-friendly campsite is now closed for 2025 with a range of small, medium and large pitches available.

The campsite at Dalkeith Country Park offers a beautiful, back-to-basics experience. Located next to the woodland of The Park on a grassy field by the river, various size pitches are available with the option to book a pre-pitched tent also available. Facilities include a reception cabin, where you can check in between 3pm to 6pm (if arriving outside of these times please let our team know in advance and they will happily accommodate you) as well as a toilet & shower block with washing-up facilities.

Stunning country park location just 20 minutes from Edinburgh’s main attractions and festivals.
