Situated in the beautiful Dalkeith Country Park, just two minutes from the Edinburgh Bypass, the course boasts eight zip wires across the River Esk.
Not far from Edinburgh city centre, but buried deep in the countryside, Go Ape at Dalkeith has something for everyone.

Mega zip rides and sky-high platforms supply the thrills for adults and older children, whilst young adventurers can take to the tree tops as well, conquering incrementally challenging courses to build their confidence and leave them feeling like a hero.

For the first time, this winter ( 2025) Go Ape Dalkeith hosts a Sundown activity in Scotland.

Experience tree top thrills in a whole new light at Dalkeith Country Park, Edinburgh for the first time and for a limited time. Go Ape’s Sundown Adventures offer a new level of forest fun in the dark. Become a creature of the night as you climb through the canopy on a high ropes course lit with colourful lights. Test your skills on tree top crossings and experience the thrill of a zip wire ride into the darkness.

Age range: For ages 6 and up (minimum height 1.2 metres) this is an adventure that will delight kids and adults alike.
